Installing software

The software is supplied as a single executable file, PowerLineSetup.exe, which installs all the required components on a PC. The file must be installed from writable media, so if it has been supplied on a CD, copy it first to your hard drive.

There are no restrictions on the number of times that you can install the software, but it will only run on PCs which have been licensed.

Uninstalling

To uninstall the software, use Window's "Add or Remove Programs". This is located in the computer's Control Panel.

Upgrading

To upgrade a previously installed version of PowerLine, it is preferable to uninstall the older version first. This process does not delete any of the data or setup information, so the new version, once installed, will start where the previous version left off.
